Make nsSharable[C]String writable by overriding appropriate methods. Ensure that it doesn't store null buffer handle pointer internally, and override get() on nsXPIDL[C]String for backwards-compatibility. Collapse nsSharedBufferHandle and nsFlexBufferHandle into nsSharedBufferHandle which knows its length but can't have a storage start distinct from its data start. Fix for bug 86089. Replace attachments string in message compose fields by an array of nsIMsgAttachment objects. This architecture change allow us to dissocie the attachment name from the attachment url. We can also now carry over extra information like the attachment content type or Mac file type. This check in contains also fix for related bug 52428, bug 80895, bug 87765 and bug 89090.

bug #90394 : r=dbaron, sr=asa(?). A simple fix to a big leak when |nsXPIDLC?String|s are never accessed after assignment, deallocation failed. By storing the initial pointer in the _storage_ start slot, this is avoided.

This removes all call-sites I can currently fix. Tomorrow I'll try to get someone to checkin my changes to security/ and I'll get some help with the Netscape side of things.
nsString::GetUnicode()'s final death-blow will be dealt soon. Please keep this in mind as you add new code :-)
