Benjamin Smedberg f1cdd494d3 Bug 545892 - mozilla-runtime.exe doesn't have a manifest when jemalloc is enabled: in this case the linker doesn't generate a manifest because there are no dependent assemblies, so we should only use the manifest specified in the source directory, r=ted

turns it back on.

We also need to add a SSRCS target so that .S files get built
