This architecture change allow us to dissocie the attachment name from the attachment url. We can also now carry over extra information like the attachment content type or Mac file type. This check in contains also fix for related bug 52428, bug 80895, bug 87765 and bug 89090.

nsString::GetUnicode()'s final death-blow will be dealt soon. Please keep this in mind as you add new code :-)
