Layout should call IntrinsicState instead of GetLinkState.  Simplifies a lot of
logic, and makes the code easier to follow.

Josh Aas 7bae4581d4 Get rid of nsPluginInstanceTag. Clarifies the plugin object hierarchy and makes it easier to get from one object to another.
