The VIEW_SOURCE_COLORING #define in nsViewSourceHTML.cpp allows us to turn on source coloring. nisheeth%netscape.com 8c9cf79c1b r=pollmann. Fix for bug 29395. XML error messages now show up in the content area for XML, RDF, and XUL files. Earlier, they would only show up for XML files. 
- Generate tokens in the expat tokenizer to display an XML error message.
- Process those tokens in the XML DTD
- Add a SetStringValue() method to CToken that accepts an nsString parameter.
- Removed code in the XML content sink's NotifyError() method to create error message content.
