bsmedberg%covad.net 7a922f66fd Bug 224829 - docshell should not require non-gecko interface nsIBrowserHistory. This was fixed by introducing a new interface nsIGlobalHistory2 to replace the current nsIGlobalHistory. bryner%brianryner.com 9c81944cb6 Eliminate nsIStyleSet as an XPCOM interface, making the implementation internal to layout. Frame constructor ownership moves to the pres shell, and the style set methods that forward to the frame constructor are gone. Rewrote style set sheet add/remove to reduce code size.
