moved initDebugger() and attachDebugger() to the top of the file.
add setCurrentFrameByIndex(), clearCurrentFrame(), getCurrentFrameIndex(), and getCurrentFrame(), migrated code that accessed console._currentFrameIndex to these functions.
make setBreakpoint() smarter (it doesn't blindly clear any breakpoints before setting the new one anymore. that spewed extra "clearing breakpoint" "setting breakpoint" messages. now we scan the breakpoint list ourselves for dupes.)

- return false the first time through onClose(), and disconnect from all servers. This makes sure we keep the window around long enough to send the QUIT messages.

- factor chatzilla specific code out of this file. Callbacks into chatzilla specific code are now used, making this file more generic.
- according to darinf (the current necko guy), using openOutputStream with asyncRead is a bad thing. Most of the changes in this file involve migrating from usage of openOutputStream to asyncWrite.
- Changes also include fixing the function declaration syntax to match the rest of the code (two lines, named functions.)

Bug 73958, XMLHttpRequest data corruption etc. Recursive stream readers are not supported, so I 'copy' by wrapping data in a light weight temporary stream and pass that to parser. Also fix 2 regressions: ignore parameter in Send() if method is GET and fix relative URLs. Re-checking-in my fix for 47905, which was backed out last night because of a bug in some other code that was checked in along with it. This checkin was not causing the crasher and is unchanged. See earlier checkin comment - in short, this adds same-origin to XMLHttpRequest and cleans up some function calls in caps, removes some unnecessary parameters. r=vidur, sr=jst.

Added nsIScriptSecurityManager::CheckConnect for this purpose.
Also cleaned up the security check API by removing some unnecessary

Bug 79775 - Forward button broken in main mail window. Making
WindowWatcher not call GetSubjectPrincipal if the URL to be loaded is
chrome, since the calling principal is superfluous in this case.
No one has been able to find the root cause of this problem, but
this checkin works around it, which is the best we can do for now.

OS/2 TB breakage

Normally in this case we would ifeq OS2 and use a semicolon
in the VPATH, but I am going to attempt to fix this with a space
so that I can see if this fix will work on other compilers. Using
a space is acceptable according to the GMAKE docs.

sr=rpotts. cookie/wallet r=morse, xmlTerm r=saravn@mozdev.org, mailnews r=mscott, activeX r=adamlock, everything else covered by the sr from rpotts. 15345. These changes remove nsIDocumentLoaderObserver.idl from the build, and all of it's implementations and registrations have been moved over to nsIWebProgressListener.idl and nsIWebProgress.idl respectively. there are two (78762, 78760) mailnews printing bugs that I overturned *before* landing this. I've run this code through the mail-news and browser smoketests among other tests outlined in the patch description attatched to the bug.
