Correcting our background painting code per the latest CSS specs. By default, backgrounds should be painted to the border

area, and not the padding area as per the CSS 2 Errata, CSS2.1 and CSS3. Also, implementing the CSS3 'background-clip'

Stop incorrectly notifying window watcher that a window is active when its focus controller is deactivated. This was contributing to a crash because a window was set as active after it had been unregistered, leaving window watcher with a dangling pointer. Bug 167233, r=danm, sr=alecf.

Bug 141295 and 153681 - fix some timing problems with initial focus. Make sure that window watcher's activeWindow accurately reflects the last window to receive an NS_ACTIVATE. Remove the GetFocusController API from nsIDocument, since the focus controller can now be obtained for the entire lifetime of the document by using GetContainer(). Cleaned up some methods on nsEventStateManager/nsIEventStateManager that were virtual for no reason. r=danm, sr=jst.

Browser based listeners can now registers themselves using the AddGroupedEventListener and passing the system event group (which can be gotten via the nsIDOMEventReceiver interface). These listeners will now fire after all content based listeners have processed.
In this initial version of the checkin most browser listeners are still left in the original content group for stability purposes.

Second try at fixing bug 130778. Create a new content interface, nsIMenuElement, which is implemeneted on nsHTMLSelectElement, nsHTMLOptGroupElement, and the newly-created nsXULMenuElement. Create a nsXULMenuElement instance for XUL menubar and menupopup tags. Use this interface to set and get the active item from the XUL menuframe code and the :-moz-menuactive pseudoclass matching code. Should eliminate the Txul slowdown resulting from fetching the active item through js from the pseudoclass matching code. r=jkeiser, sr=jst, a=scc.

Fixes 127918. Mime Service was being accessed from a non-ui thread. This causes all kinds of problems. Found that content type is not needed while opening most stream io's. Removes content type result from nsIStreamIO::Open(). Added atrribute content type nsIStreamIO. Fixes callers. r=gordon@netscape.com, sr=darin@netscape.com, a=asa@mozilla.org.

Add "dom.disable_open_click_delay" pref to control how soon a window.open() call has to happen after a mouse button event in order for it to succeed. Calls to window.open() that happen after this time has passed are denied. Units are time in milliseconds.
