Since there is a problem with stream closing after nsFileStream(nsIFileSpec*), cleaning up this code so that we dont write/read/init/write the prefs. Now we simply init/write. there aren't enough getter methods in the profile code to get the smtp server and the other info.
for now, all I can get is the default profile name

beard%netscape.com 141f280ccb bug #5670: renamed nsJNIEnvRef -> GetProxyEnv, got rid of operator ->, added GetSecureEnv.
