Benjamin Smedberg 4d7e3ff7df Bug 568691 part A - register static and binary components using data tables rather than programmatic nsIComponentRegistrar methods. This part contains the important needs-review bits of the change: part B contains the mechanical changes to each module in order to actually get a working build. Sebastian Andrzej Siewior 1cfd9b7f2c Bug 492299 - add support for soft-float for Linux/PPC, r=bsmedberg 
current implemention assumes hard float what means dedicated floating
point registers are used for floating point numbers. This does not work
on soft float toolchains where dedicated floating point registers and
opcodes are not used and/or available. On such toolchains the gcc
compiler provides a built-in define __NO_FPRS__ to signalize such a
behavior.
