From bug 278534 - Can't have NS_NAMED_LITERAL_CSTRING at static/global scope, because the XPCOM library can be unloaded before the module cleanup fires. Should clear up cadence orange.

Fix theme switching bugs related to insufficient change handling when entry points to themes are stylesheet links (processing instructions or XBL stylesheet elements) or xul:image src attributes by giving the chrome: protocol its own URL implementation that remembers the URL to which the chrome: URL was resolved and uses that resolved URL as part of equality testing.
