we're using the "Rename Address Book" dialog as the "local addressbook properties"
dialog, so let's make that the title.
(it is what you open when you do "Properties" on a local ab)
instead of alerting, allow the user to open it for the PAB or CAB, but

this code unifies them into one. on disk (for filters and views) both the old

1) addressbook advanced search features, like "any name", "any number", "organization", "title", etc.
2) add screen name support (UI, import, export) to mozilla, remove it from the ns tree.
3) don't allow drop onto non-writable (LDAP) addressbooks
4) bunch of code cleanup

New HTML message body options for Mailnews
Provide a work around / fix for some of the security and usability problems that HTML mails currently impose, by not rendering everything the sender throws at the user.
We achieve that by either
- removing offending HTML tags/attributes
- converting HTML to plaintext and back to HTML or
- rendering the HTML source.
This is the pref UI, a View submenu
