- Added capture/restore frame state methods to nsIFrameManager
- Added a getter for state type to nsIStatefulFrame.
- Changed the save/restore method parameters  in nsIStateful frame
  so that only the frame state gets passed to the stateful frame.
- Implemented all the new interface methods in the respective implementation classes.

nisheeth%netscape.com 5c883a4105 Added Get/Set methods to content IDs. An ID is used as a key to store state information about a content object and its associated frame object. The state information is stored in a dictionary that is manipulated by the frame manager (nsIFrameManager) inside layout.    - Check for NULL primary frame in GetFocusNodeRect()
     to fix bug #12793.
