waterson%netscape.com 10f62e7d30 Bug 26129. Replace timer with a PLEvent. GTK timers (in this specific case) seem to be confused when a modal event queue has been pushed. Also, don't assume (in nsXULDocument::StartDocumentLoad) that when you 'hit' in the cache that the channel is actually a nsCachedChromeChannel; instead, inspect its content type.
