gagan%netscape.com 7f425f1145 Fix for bug # 10333. Made webshell a progress event sink as well so that now it redirects all progress messages from necko land to the appropriate docloader observer. The hack to delete strings which are being received in the status messages is a work around the current limitation of the proxy event code. When bug # 16273 is fixed that delete wont be necessary. In fixing this I also noticed that the nsFileTransport wasn't using the proxy events and was incorrectly firing status messages directly onto the UI thread. valeski%netscape.com 493ae6bd9e api change to nsIWebShell and nsIDocumentLoaderObserver. I've replaced all the old method delarations with the new versions. We now pass 'nsresult' types into the On*() methods instead of PRInt32. The PRInt32 arg type was causing data loss. 
I also checked in a fix for bug 10848 (which prompted the api change), and 10549 (these changes were in nsWebShell.cpp).

nisheeth%netscape.com a688ade905 Fix for bug 9358. Page reloads were not working because the webshell was trying to scroll the document rather than loading it via netlib. Now, we are fine. Some work needs to happen in session history to pass in a newly define url reload type so that the webshell can be smart about scrolling the document for history traversal rather than loading via netlib.
