vidur%netscape.com 338e3871f8 Fixes for printing bugs 84017 and 89151. The fix for bug 84017 removes the need for a resize reflow to get form frame values to print. The restoration of these values into the new frame model is done as part of the initial reflow. The VIEW_SOURCE_HTML #define at the top of nsViewSourceHTML.cpp and nsLayoutDLF.cpp allows us to switch back to XML if necessary. The VIEW_SOURCE_COLORING #define in nsViewSourceHTML.cpp allows us to turn on source coloring. jst%netscape.com 50499cc037 Changing the way content elements store their name information, previously the elements generally stored a name atom and a namespace ID, now they store a pointer to a shared structure containing the name atom, the prefix atom and the namespace ID. This structure is shared between nodes with unique names (ie same name, prefix and ns ID) within a document. Documents now hold a hash table of the names in the document. The changes to mozilla/rdf are not reviewed but they are approved by waterson@netscape.com and the changes to mozilla/layout are reviewed by buster@netscape.com. 2000-05-10 13:13:39 +00:00

Quick fix for bug #36844.
Since people kept forgetting to wrap SHARED_LIBRARY_LIBS inside MKSHLIB_FORCE_ALL & MKSHLIB_UNFORCE_ALL pairs, we now handle it in rules.mk.  Same goes for making $(SHARED_LIBRARY) dependent upon $(SHARED_LIBRARY_LIBS).

One way this architecture can be used is for doing XSL transforms using a 3rd party component that implements the XSL processor. More details will be posted in mozilla.layout. 
Currently enabled on windows only.  Set MOZ_XSL to 1 in your environment and build mozilla/layout.

use the same pattern as in nsHTMLEditor.cpp
