Note: Parser nodes could be heap allocated by enabling HEAP_ALLOCATED_NODES flag.

vidur%netscape.com c02f5ba512 Work in progress of async loading of SCRIPT and STYLE with SRC attributes. Content sinks can now return a BLOCK_PARSER return code, forcing the parser to block. nsIParser::EnableParser can be used to unblock.
