Fix for bug #104692 : Edit field line break didn't updated

Modified WillInsertText() so that it adds a mozbr if
the last char in the plaintext string is a newline,
and we are inserting at the end of the doc. This gives
the blank line people expect to see.

This removes all call-sites I can currently fix. Tomorrow I'll try to get someone to checkin my changes to security/ and I'll get some help with the Netscape side of things.
nsString::GetUnicode()'s final death-blow will be dealt soon. Please keep this in mind as you add new code :-)

UIEvent button property is incorrect according to the DOM2 spec. Changing values to 0, 1, 2 (left, middle, right mouse buttons respectively) from 1, 2, 3. |event.which| continues to use the old values for backwards compatibility.
