This checkin enables mozilla to support the printing of selection, the printing of page ranges, and

the printing of headers and footers.
Printing of selection is implemented by the frames figuring out if they are in the selection and painting
if they or not they they don't paint. This also only allows the printing of the first page of
selections, alothough it is well documented where this is implemeted so it can be removed.

Implemented the backend for the following prefs: Override Document colors, Override document fonts, Link and Visited link colors, and Underline links. Provided the ability to disable the preferences as well, so Composer can show changed fonts and colors. Fixing nsbeta3+ bug 28277. Add a callback to nsHTMLImageElement so that we know when a image created in JavaScript has loaded (or fails to load), this is needed to support onload and onerror event fireing and also to support the '.complete' property on images create in JavaScript. r=nisheeth@netscape.com

nsIPref is no longer passed around through inits on webshell, content viewers and presContext. In places where it is needed, it can be retrieved from the service manager. I removed a number of the getters and setters for prefs as the prefs will be the same from the service manager so we don't need getters. r=waterson a=rickg

Added logic to nsCSSFrameConstructor::ConstructSelectFrame and nsListControlFrame::Reflow
to handle the case of a multiselect select without a size specified.

Removed NS_GFX_RENDER_FORM_ELEMENTS define, now it uses the GetWidgetRenderingMode
method on the rendering context.
Resurrected Rod's listbox frame-based widget code.
Added -moz-option-selected pseudo attribute to control the appearance of selected items for the listbox frame-based widget.
Added a style rule with attribute selector for -moz-option-selected to the ua.css style sheet.
Modifed nsView::SetVFlags to do a bitwise or instead of bitwise and to set flags.
Modified nsView::HandleEvent to compare mVFlags with NS_VIEW_FLAG_DONT_CHECK_CHILDREN
