nisheeth%netscape.com 80fcadde79 The document loader that initiates the nsIDocumentLoaderObserver notifications is now passed up the document loader hierarchy. This was needed because external services that register as observers to the top level document loader expect to receive the document loader that is initiating the notification as a parameter in the notification. xpinstall to be created when the viewer launches.  This will be removed
(along with the startup of silentdl) once we have a way of starting up
components less intrusive.
