Made code in GetPrimaryFrameForFocusNode() more generic and put it
in a method called GetPrimaryFrameForRangeEndpoint().
GetPrimaryFrameFor{Anchor,Focus}Node() now call GetPrimaryFrameForRangeEndpoint().
