bryner%brianryner.com 8787891e5a Unify box and frame trees by moving nsIBox methods onto nsIFrame. XUL-box frames can call the superclass nsBox implementation, all other frames get the nsFrame implementation of the box methods, which acts like nsBoxToBlockAdaptor used to. dbaron%dbaron.org 4c36660044 Separate concept of stylesheet URI into base URI (for resolving relative links) and sheet URI (for everything else), since they can differ for style elements (and inline style and style set from script, but that's for the next patch).
