Update the mathvariant entries in mathfont.properties from PUA characters to
their Plane 1 Unicode assignments (remainder of bug 289938).

roc+%cs.cmu.edu 938f41b12f Bug 413027. The XUL pref and min height for a CSS block should be its height when reflowed at its preferred width, NOT the height of the tallest line. r+sr=dbaron.
