scc%netscape.com	2de2cc6d8a	Added NS_IMPL_QUERY_INTERFACE[01]; fixed NS_IMPL_QUERY_INTERFACE2; added NS_IMPL_ISUPPORTS[01]; can't fix NS_IMPL_QUERY_INTERFACE without changing a ton of files, so I'm checking in this partial fix first.
