vidur%netscape.com dfb5f2a1de Changed reference counting rules for nsGlobalWindow - now its JSObject maintains a reference to it. cyeh%netscape.com e9d3c67427 Removing static makefiles as a part of the transition to Autoconf. I have taken great 
care to only remove makefiles affailiated with building nglayout. I have also verified that
the build at this point in time succesfully builds with autoconf.

If you must recover one of these makefiles, you can use the static tag STATIC_MAKEFILES.
