caillon%returnzero.com 7871a3af0d Correcting our background painting code per the latest CSS specs. By default, backgrounds should be painted to the border 
area, and not the padding area as per the CSS 2 Errata, CSS2.1 and CSS3.  Also, implementing the CSS3 'background-clip'
and 'background-origin' properties (currently with -moz- prefixes) to control this behavior.

PaintBorderEdge(), DrawSide(), and MakeBevelColor().
The computed colors for all the  border style should be based on
the actual 'border-side-color' not the element's color after all.
