bryner%netscape.com fbe4eadc3f Fix some build issues on UFS volumes by eliminating the need to use the resource fork (bug 157036). This replaces the applesingle-encoded nsMacWidget.rsrc with the DeRez'd nsMacWidget.r. We then run Rez at compile time to generate the data-fork resource file.
