- Make the HTTP, FTP and file channels implement nsIPropertyBag2 and associated
interfaces (by inheriting from nsHashPropertyBag)
- Use that interface to expose a "content-length" property giving the length of
the data as a 64-bit value on the FTP and HTTP channels
- change docshell and xpinstall to use nsIPropertyBag2 instead of nsIProperties
to read/write the referrer property

Fix theme switching bugs related to insufficient change handling when entry points to themes are stylesheet links (processing instructions or XBL stylesheet elements) or xul:image src attributes by giving the chrome: protocol its own URL implementation that remembers the URL to which the chrome: URL was resolved and uses that resolved URL as part of equality testing. these files were moved from their old home in extensions/cookie. the CVS
records cannot be simply moved because attic files exist in the new location,
and so i will unfortunately take cvs blame for all. that's unfair to dwitte
who has made so many wonderful changes to the cookies backend code! ;-)

Bug 119321 and bug 80106. Create a generic nsIUnicharStreamLoader that

makes two callbacks -- one to determine the charset and one to provide
an nsIUnicharInputStream. Use this in the CSSLoader instead of
allocating a single big buffer for the sheet. Clean up the way we look
for the @charset charset in the sheet data.
