XUL/theme simplification changes - removing unnecessary boxes and re-writing large portions of the themes to use new -moz-border-colors and -moz-image-region css features. Also cleans up the classic skin quite a bit for both mac and win. This removes all call-sites I can currently fix. Tomorrow I'll try to get someone to checkin my changes to security/ and I'll get some help with the Netscape side of things.
nsString::GetUnicode()'s final death-blow will be dealt soon. Please keep this in mind as you add new code :-)

Fix bugs 75649 and 9131. Make moveToAlertPosition work properly, by ensuring that the dialog has some size before trying to position it. Also, only use the default position for the find dialog if you haven't persisted its position once before. r=jag, sr=sspitzer.
