Make |nsXPIDLC?String| inherit from |nsSharableC?String|, the new implementation is now in the string hierarchy (and out of string/obsolete). cls%seawood.org 8fe86ff395 Let the use of PR_Log() be controlled by a toplevel build option. All places that set FORCE_PR_LOG to force logging on need to wrap that #define FORCE_PR_LOG in a MOZ_LOGGING ifdef. 
It's on by default. Set
--disable-logging (unix)
NO_LOGGING=1 (win32)
moz_logging = 0  (mac)
to turn it off globally.
