a browser window, the right page (home, blank or last page visted) gets
loaded.  clean up tasksOverlay.js, navigator.js and Ensure1Window()
use the browser's command line handler (remove duplicate code).

cmanske%netscape.com 6a7034a643 Added Page Properties (26889) and Page Colors dialogs (14344), removed debug menu only in release (27237), link dialog fixes (27308), lots of dialog rewrite to use titledbox instead of fieldset, rewrote insert table dialog to use boxes. tbogard%aol.net f5d81c3e9c GlobalWindow now calls up nsIDocShellTreeOwner rather than nsIBrowserWindow. GlobalWindow has mostly been re-organized as well as cleaned up to provide this new functionality. DocShellTreeOwners got implementations filled in and many bugs fixed. nsIScriptGlobalObject now talks in terms of docShells instead of webShells. Fixed a number of cases where people were walking through content viewers etc to get to a presShell and changed them to simply ask for the presShell from the docShell.
