Rather than checking for the existance of the file, registering, and deleting it, we'll always compare the timestamp of .autoreg to that of the profile compreg.dat, and re-register if .autoreg exists and is newer. Also add NS_CDECL to explicitly specify the default calling convention and make it part of NS_IMETHOD, since xptcall can't deal with NS_FASTCALL. This cuts out a _lot_ of redundant code. The checkin also adds the NS_IMETHOD_CALLBACK #define, which can be used to declare pointer-to-member types using stdcall. adds |operator=( const self_type& )| to nsSharable{C}String and nsXPIDL{C}String, to prevent the compiler from synthesizing its own (which won't do the right thing).

This should fix a bunch of XPIDLString-related cfront compile warnings.
