This does two things:
...
1) When the it returns from the Print Dialog it checks to see if the
PD_PRINTTOFILE flags is set then then set the the info into the PrintSettings
2) IF we are printing to a file, but not a file driver, then check to see if
the file name is the special "FILE:" (as per the MS documentation)

changed all the DEVMODE allocating and freeing to native Windows calls HeapAlloc and HeapFree

nsPrintSettingsWin.cpp was creating and copying only the non-platform specific data by using the
"sizeof" of the DEVMODE struct, instead of checking the struct size with dmSize
and the size of the private (device-specific) data with dmDriverExtra. Now it
creates the correct size of memory and copies all the non-private data and private data.

Fixing win32 gmake builds lack of debugging information problem by working around a combination MSVC & cygwin make deficiencies:
...
* We must use the full path to the source file when calling MSVC so that debugging information shows up in the object files.
* Because of cygwin's use of /cygdrive when using full paths, we must use a cygwin-wrapper script in some cases to allow native win32 programs to use a fully qualified cygwin path.
* We have to call configure using the full path so that $(srcdir) contains the
full path in the Makefiles. The rules have been changed for win32 so that it
always use $(srcdir)/$*.{c,cpp} as the sourcefile name even when the file is in
the cwd. This works around both the /cygdrive issue and the msvc's path info
optimization.
* We still use the wrapper when calling rc.exe & nsinstall. nsinstall
frequently takes multiple args and is called all over the tree so changing each
calling site is going to be expensive. (I'll have to check the logs again but
I think the rc wrapping can go.)
* nspr & ldap still use the wrappers for all native win32 progs. Neither nspr
nor ldap uses the acoutput-fast.pl script to speed up the substitution of
@srcdir@ into their Makefiles so, makefile substitution will break if we use
dos-paths.
* In the handful of directories where we copy srcfiles from another directory
in lieu of using VPATHs, we have to now copy those files to $(srcdir) so that
the default rules can find them.

This patch does the following:
...
1) Introduces a new public interface nsIPrintSettingService which emables consumers to create PS objects whithout a nsIWebBrowserPrint interface
2) The implementation is nsPrintOptionsImpl which now impls the private interface nsIPrintOptions and the public iface nsIPrintSettingsService
3) Several methods/attrs have been moved from nsIWebBrowserPrint iface to nsIPrintSettingsService
4) The CIDs for nsIPrintOptions and nsIPrinSettingsService are now the same.
5) There is no longer a CID "@mozilla.org/gfx/printoptions;1"
6) nsIWebBrowserPrint still has the "globalPrintSettings" attr so if you already have an nsIWebBrowserPrint you don't have to create the PS Service to get it.
7) A bug has been filed to rename the imlp of nsPrintOptionsImpl to nsPrintSettingsService.

The problem is thwe getting of the PS in the CreateBrowser method used to work.
...
But now the webBrowser no longer has a valid docshell.
But this patch now makes sure that it gets a Global PS at all the right places.
It also fixes PP. It checks the menu item when in PP and unchecks it when a
document is loaded. That way you can select the menu a second time and have it exit PP.

Add 'make install' target to build. It's "MRE-friendly". (See http://www.mozilla.org/projects/embedding/MRE.html for details.)

Changes:
* Added EXTRA_COMPONENTS variable to build. Use it to automagically install files into the components dir.
* Added SYSINSTALL variable. Use it install files onto the system.
* Move mozilla-config generation from configure to makefiles
* mozilla-config will now generate paths based upon the MRE-based directory layout.
* Generate mozilla script from template
The installation heirarchy currently looks like:
$prefix -> /bin/mozilla
/bin/mozilla-config
/include/mozilla-ver/*
/lib/mozilla-ver (mozappdir)
/components
/res
/defaults
/chrome
There is preliminary build support for MRE dirs as well though the component manager hasn't had MRE support added yet.
