rbs%maths.uq.edu.au eb06cd5c46 [MATHML] Added two atoms (scriptminsize, scriptsizemultiplier) and code to support the first (in nsMathMLContainerFrame.cpp): scriptminsize is the user-requested smallest font-size in scriptlevel contexts. Copied test3* files from test directory into new structure.  Renamed test3* to chatzilla*.
