Bug 176296. Create accessibility.typeaheadfind.autostart boolean pref. If false, / or ' is required to start Find As You Type. Also fixes bug 183998, allowing manual start with / or ' in mailnews. Bug 167921 - allow web pages to use preventDefault so that typeaheadfind doesn't interfere with them. r=kyle, sr=brendan. Also fixes bug 165315 - typeaheadfind shouldn't hardcode kbd shortcuts, bug 77704 - add accelerator for find prev (also added menu item). Also fixes bug 167783 - ctrl+g for typeaheadfind after repeating characters. Add 'make install' target to build. It's "MRE-friendly". (See http://www.mozilla.org/projects/embedding/MRE.html for details.)

Changes:
* Added EXTRA_COMPONENTS variable to build. Use it to automagically install files into the components dir.
* Added SYSINSTALL variable. Use it install files onto the system.
* Move mozilla-config generation from configure to makefiles
* mozilla-config will now generate paths based upon the MRE-based directory layout.
* Generate mozilla script from template
The installation heirarchy currently looks like:
$prefix -> /bin/mozilla
/bin/mozilla-config
/include/mozilla-ver/*
/lib/mozilla-ver (mozappdir)
/components
/res
/defaults
/chrome
There is preliminary build support for MRE dirs as well though the component manager hasn't had MRE support added yet.
$prefix -> /lib/mre/mre-ver (mredir)

Fixes bug 66597, bug 103284, bug 114440, bug 120023, bug 128741, bug 19259. Cleans up browse with caret, makes it work with XML content docs, creates keyboard toggle for it (Accel+shift+K), synchronizes focus and document selection so that users can tab navigate relative to their last find or click in text, or vice versa, makes tabbing move relative to named anchor that has been jumped to. r=bryner, sr=alecf, a=asa
