Add code to properly propagate key press/key release events to the toplevel window if a Mozilla window doesn't have focus. This fixes focus in the embedding case and will allow other gtk windows that have focus to get key events. Add code to allow a Mozilla child window to be created as the child of any ol' GtkContainer class. This means that parent's don't have to worry about creating a superwin or any of that garbage.
