mscott%netscape.com 5dcffd2b45 Bug #32222 --> Implement a subclass of nsMsgprotocol which performs asynch writes. Re-write how we send ... post data to use this subclass. We'll now read in the post file asynchronously and write out the post data asynchronously to the server.
