ducarroz%netscape.com df503cea42 Fix for bug 56262. Window's arguments are now passed through a nsISupports object (nsIMsgCOmposeParams). Also, I have extracted the content handler for mailto url from the nsIMsgComposeService as the URL dispatcher will create an instance of it and not get the service. I did some clean up too like using do_CreateInstance and do_GetService and removing dead code.
