wtc%netscape.com bb4992fe3a Bugzilla bug #70295: do not hold _pr_flock_lock while calling the MD ... lockfile function to avoid a deadlock. The lockCount field of PRFilePrivate may have the value of -1 to indicate that the MD lockfile function is in progress. Use _pr_flock_cv to wait for the completion of the MD lockfile function.
