Document modifying entry points in editor now go thru a standard sandwich, which allows tracking of what changed in the doc, which allows proper post-processing of what changed. Also, all deletions now go thru the rules code, if applicable. Also some bugs in tracking the changed document portion have been fixed. Finally selection setting after a delete is improved.

Document modifying entry points in editor now go thru a standard sandwich, which allows tracking of what changed in the doc, which allows proper post-processing of what changed. Also, all deletions now go thru the rules code, if applicable. Also some bugs in tracking the changed document portion have been fixed. Finally selection setting after a delete is improved.
