* The custom fields can't really be mapped to a vCard representation, so should not be shown for your own card.
* For the main view (am-main) the edited vCard wasn't getting saved at all times... since account manager in a tab
* wrap="virtual" isn't a thing
* flex= doesn't work on html
* textarea is not self closing

Used HTML and CSS to reduce nesting of elements and to tidy their styling.
Also, made month and multiweek views more semantically correct by placing the "days of the week" headers within the <table>, and restyled it as a CSS grid.
Also, placed the month day event items within an <ol> element.
Also, renamed some classes to make them more consistent and meaningful, and dropped some duplicate or unused classes.

The button was constructed as a xul label, but its event behaviour and role were set to mimic that of a button. So a button is more semantically correct and brings the desired behaviour automatically.
