Bug 1724292 - Open mid url internally in calApplicationUtils.js. r=mkmelin

This fixes the related mid link of calendar event/task. Open mid url externally has three problems:
1. TB has to be set as the default mail app
2. a "Choose Application" dialog is shown
3. somehow doesn't work on Windows
This patch moves openMessageByMessageId into MailUtils.jsm to be reused.
