**How To Test**
- Open account hub from the developer console (openAccountHub(); then enter)
- Fill name and you can use either an existing email or the test exchange email testaccounts@o365.thunderbird.net
- You can close the auth modal
- Flip through the different config options to ensure the selected config data is right
- Check against the dark mode colors as well

John Bieling 9f980f4bff Bug 1693772 - Attempt to fix timeout of browser_formPickers.js. r=aleca 
I have been analyzing the timeout and see it happen mainly when the
datetime picker should show up. The click seems to be ignored. One
option would be to re-trigger the click in these cases, but that did not
work reliably and was causing other issues. Adding a small delay before
issuing the click worked better.

A different timeout was observed when running the test with --verify,
which sometimes even leads to a crash/hang: In the mailbox case, calling
`input.showPicker()`, the picker opened as a blank square and
`BrowserTestUtils.waitForDateTimePickerPanelShown()` either fulfills
very (very!) late, or crashes. This is not fixed by this patch, but was
also not observed on CI.

Adding some log messages to see the location of the timeout, in case the
intermittent is not fully fixed.

Register as default svg and webp handler. Register other media types if no
handler exists.

For some basic understanding see:
- Bug 1197191 "Add .pdf and media file types to OpenWithProgid".
- Bug 1340568 "Not possible to select Firefox as default browser".
- Bug 1570477 "Register as a webp handler".

We are not using a hash id because there are no different SeaMonkey
installation types (Nightly, dev, plonk and so on).

John Bieling 0a1f76feb7 Bug 1927813 - Do not ask for permission when opening http(s):// and webext protocol links. r=darktrojan 
After the preference `security.external_protocol_requires_permission`
was removed and the app behaves now as that preference being set to
true, every usage of the external protocol service triggers a permission
prompt.

This patch stops using the external protocol service directly. Instead
we now always use `openLinkExternally()`, which was modified to add the
permission to use the associated application, so the user is not prompted.

**How to test**
- On startup a new tab with the donation appeal should open up and grab focus.
- Clicking on the donation button should open a browser page with the same page but the donation dialog opened.
- To test it again after first launch, update your `app.donation.eoy.version` pref back to 6.
