Rob Lemley 69c5267390 Bug 1516741 - Finalize MSI packaging for Thunderbird. r=Paenglab 
Generate new GUID values for Thunderbird.
These are new for the MSI installer rather than reused from the EXE.
Set correct Product name and remove Manufacturer field.
Fix taskcluster configuration so that correct wsx file gets used.

Rob Lemley 5a3003050d Bug 1517298 - TB Mochhitest configuration for taskcluster. r=darktrojan 
Adds the necessary taskcluster and mozharness configuration for Thunderbird
Mochitests.
Note that the addition of "all_mochitest_suites" in thunderbird_extra.py will
replace the inherited list of mochitests from "*_taskcluster_unittest.py".

- set default mozconfig_variant in ci/build/kind.yml
- mozconfig_variant overrides need to be moved from
  mozharness/build/branch_specfics.py to ci/build/{linux,macosx,windows}.yml
- testing/mozharness/configs/builds/taskcluster_sub_win{32,64}/opt.py were
  removed from M-C, need to update ci/build/windows.yml, need to move those
  settings to ci/build/windows.yml
