Mark Banner a24dca4ef1 Fix Mac unit test failures caused by bug 846540 - explicitly disabled accessibility on Mac as that is how it was previously in configure.in which was overriding the mozilla-central default that we have now picked up. Mark Banner de0da5b0e8 Final part of Bug 668869 - port ffox work to lazily load libxul to speed up start-up perf and remove wrapper startup script - finish the Linux port which creates a thunderbird executable.
