"Nightly" is a release channel, not a platform as of bug 1615099.

Firefox does some caching on their partial generation. Right now, there is no S3 bucket
for Thunderbird, so remove the scope to disable the cache.

First part of getting partial updates working for Thunderbird.
If the decision task is provided with a release history, partial mars
are successfully generated for nightly builds.
