Issue 7577: SimpleIoc misleading error when class has private constructor
An exception can occur when a class has a static constructor and a default constructor, even when they are not explicitly declared.
Registration fails in Win8 when a public and an internal constructors are found
ContainsCreated should return true if called without a key, if a keyed instance is found
Some added tests

Removed the sender parameter from DispatcherHelper.InvokeAsync (not needed anymore)
ViewModelBase.RaisePropertyChanged<T>(string, T, T, bool) throws a proper exception when first parameter (string) is null
ViewModelBase.Set now returns bool instead of void (same as ObservableObject.Set)
ViewModelBase.Set now raises PropertyChanging before the value is set
Remove old Win8 #if directives
