To encode:
  flac [-#] [INPUTFILE [...]]

  -# is -0 (fastest compression) to -8 (highest compression); -5 is the default

To decode:
  flac -d [INPUTFILE [...]]

To test:
  flac -t [INPUTFILE [...]]
