Major refactor to support multiple view controllers and arbitrary view controller type
...
Some useful reflection helpers have been added to safely wrap
ConstructorInfo usage.
Also removed code relating to generating Action prefixed properties
that match method overloads in the ViewController.

...
This is added to get around the use of override to set these
properties. E.g. if we are using generated types an override is
difficult to set as there is no overridden class as such
