Change all null checking expressions to use 'is null' and 'is not null'
instead of '== null' and '!= null'.
This was mostly done with sed, so code can probably be improved in many
other ways with manual inspection, but that will come over time.
Also add code to the autoformat script to automatically fix these issues in the future.
This makes it not necessary to check for the currently selected Xcode in our
system dependency check. It also means it'll become much easier to work with
multiple branches simultaneously where each branch needs its own Xcode.
This version of Xcode requires macOS 11.0 or later.

This happens on BigSur as it does not find the default location anymore...

The issue is the OS version, not the Xcode version. Update check
to skip that test on macOS 11+
* [tests] Fix MSBuild tests / integration
The test cannot work on BigSur since while you can `dlopen` the library
you can open `fopen` it as a file (and can't embed it for the test).

At least it does not seem to be OS specific since both 10.15 and 11.0

at build time), others were new (and missing).

Also update tests: no need to check for removals of stuff that does not
exists anymore.
dotnet doesn't like projects within projects in the file system, because of
default inclusion behavior, where the top project will want to include the
source files for the nested projects.
There are ways around that, but the easiest is to just make sure there aren't
projects within other project directories.
